The Sunday Post ~ 27

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer - It's a chance to share news - A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
The worst thing is when you never realized the library bought another copy of The Iron Traitor and that you're second on the hold list and then you have well... a few books added on top of it.
Oh, gods, I'm reading 6+ books. That was not what I was planning. What the monkeys did I do?!?!?!
     *facepalm*
Of course, I'm not mad about it.
So basically I had to rush through a novella (it was a review request), try and finish the review by Wednesday – okay, I was able to adjust so I didn't have to go through that much of a rush, and schedule the post at the last remaining earliest date I can make it, lest I want to make the authors wait for a month or do a double post.
     Joy.
And I also saw Allegiant at Barnes & Noble. Not the online store. THE store. At a place called the mall, where shopping bores me to pieces (in which it probably won't be so boring next year because I see my closet needs some new clothes... and I certainly don't want to buy a x-small) and I literally make a beeline for the bookstore simply because I can't bear being in Victoria's Secret for even a second (okay, there might not be a Victoria's Secret in the particular mall I went to, but it was random). Though sampling food in the food court is hardly boring if you ask me. "SAMPLE! SAMPLE!" *waves a kabob*
Then I read the ending. Just to determine whether or not it's memorable enough that I should convince my mother to buy it, or at least try to convince her but fail miserably in the process, which I ended up not doing. But I did find out the school library has 3 copies... *reserves* >:)
Oh, don't call me evil. I checked out the book and I'm reading it. Unfortunately, it'll be awhile probably, because I'm simply not like one of my other friends (not L) or any other person who can and read books faster than the speed of light.

Unless you stick me in a boring place for about 8-10 hours.
So. Halloween. 3 days late, but enjoy your treats and goodies. I only dressed up as one thing, and one thing only: a Human. No costumes needed. x3

  2. I really dislike the mall too, although I think that is because I have no money xD Halloween was uneventful for me as well, wish it was acceptable for legal adults to still go trick or treating baha.

    1. Half the time that's my case as well. I want to buy a few books, but can't. Apparently my mom likes window shopping. -_-
Oh thanks for reminding me about my adult years hurling my way in a couple of years. That literally means time is running out for me. >_<
