Fangirl Friday: There's No Title Because It's a Big Week, Okay?!

Oh, hello.

It turns out that I've been failing at blogging lately....

Lupe is currently busy and I decided to go do my good deed of the day and kick her to the blogging bucket for the day. She's busy! I didn't do anything to her! Promise!

This week bodes plenty of news - but only because I've actually been active on Twitter when I'm not reading. I say active because I'm not actually "distracted." The Abyss Surrounds Us by Emily Skrutskie is pretty good. I mean, sea monsters. Also, Chinese is hilarious sometimes. Plus, I'm catching up with my ARCs from earlier this year.

Let's start with the bookish news.

Epic Reads announced the third and final title to Victoria Aveyard's Red Queen series, coming out next year (February 7)! It's called...

King's Cage.

Truth be told, I'm a little scared. I mean, I've only read the first one. I haven't read the second one... yet. Because a cage is bad... right? This can't bode well.

Jen from Pop! Goes the Reader revealed the cover to Becky Albertalli's newest book, The Upside of Unrequited. Stop on by, because there's also a giveaway. The funny thing is, the synopsis describes my life just a few months ago. I don't know if I want to laugh or not.

The sequel to Roshani Chokshi's The Star-Touched Queen had its cover reveal. EW reveals an excerpt from the first chapter of A Crown of Wishes, too. It's flippin' gorgeous.

The sequel to Heidi Helig's The Girl From Everywhere also had its cover reveal. No offense to Heidi, but it's not as pretty as the sequel to The Star-Touched Queen. But I won't deny that its simplicity stands pretty on it's own (also it matches).

And now to anything other than bookish news.

There's a new Fantastic Beasts poster. Sweet.
HBO released the trailer to their movie, Looking.

A new trailer for Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children got released. Truth be told, I haven't read the book. Also, it looks downright creepy for a book.

Ghostbusters theme song is by Fall Out Boy. It's been awhile since I've listened to Fall Out Boy.

Baby Dory. Enough said, really.

Thanks for stopping by! If you enjoyed reading this post, please consider leaving a comment. You can also have future posts delivered to you via RSS, NetworkedBlogs or Bloglovin. Happy Reading!
