Okay, okay, let me get this clearly out of the way... my review to the second book does not currently exist (along with plenty of other books for the past few months, because um... still trying to dip my feet back in the blogging world). BUT... I've definitely read the book.
The third and latest installment in Michelle Madow's newest series starts right off from book two – or rather, close enough. Things between Nicole and Blake are finally and officially public, the Elementals' powers are growing, and Typhon is discovered to have escaped from Kerberos (unfortunately for the rest of the world who aren't too aware of what's going on).
To stop Typhon from taking over the world, Nicole and the rest of the Elementals are sent to retrieve the head of Medusa – a feat just as equally dangerous as dealing with hydras or any other mythical creature for that matter. Madow definitely meets up to expectations with her latest novel – The Head of Medusa is just as action-packed and plot driven as the second book, if not better. And with the cliffhanger Madow has going on with this one, I definitely have the sights and intentions to finish the rest of this series as soon as the final few books come out.
She grew up in Baltimore, and now lives in Boca Raton, Florida, where she writes books for young adults. Some of her favorite things are: reading, traveling, pizza, time travel, Broadway musicals, and spending time with friends and family. Michelle went on a cross-country road trip from Florida to California and back to promote her books and to encourage high school students to embrace reading and writing. Someday, she hopes to travel the world for a year on a cruise ship.
