Fangirl Friday: Suicide Squad Drama + Olympics

I have a feeling it's going to be a great weekend just because Suicide Squad is finally in theaters and the start of the 2016 Olympics.

I think we've all heard of the bad reviews everyone has been reading about and how Rotten Tomatoes has given them a 27% rating ( at the CURRENT moment). I just think that these reviewers should really give DC a chance even if their earlier movie Batman V Superman also have a 27% rating.

Even if I am a Marvel fan at heart, I just think it's not fair that these critics are bashing on the highly anticipated movie already. It really discourages everyone who are excited to see the film themselves once it hits theaters. Then there are those who don't care at all and will see the movie anyway. I honestly fall in the second category.

So, if you are one of those people who are feeling like they shouldn't go see the movie then ignore them! Go watch the movie with some friends and judge the movie yourself.

Now onto some good news.

The Olympics are finally here!
I feel like I've been waiting for a long time for this moment to happen.

I'm excited to see the following stuff....

  • Swimming
  • Soccer (Depends who's playing)
  • Track & Field
  • Gymnastics
  • Diving
Tell me in the comments below about your thoughts on the Suicide Squad drama and what are you looking for in the Olympics!

I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
